We knew the room was going to be small, but 1 clothes hanger 1 towel smallest bathroom I've ever seen. Lift wasn't working (not good for hubby)so a lot of stairs to climb with baggage. Staff very friendly

well first I will say the positive first I will thank the reception staff a ten the truth is that they are excellent in treatment and solving incidents I liked the hotel a lot and a 10 for the varied breakfast warm clean on that side I am very happy I am only disappointed in the cleanliness of in In this case, my room was 214. When we returned at 7 o'clock after a day of sightseeing, we went to the room. We had the beds, they just didn't clean the glasses or spoons, the towels were dirty and I left them in the same place in the shower. the floor because the bins were soaked without changing toilet paper the empty roll and extra crumbs on the floor that were not ours. Anyway I went to the resection and showed the photos and brought them the glasses and spoons and they were excellent they gave me clean ones and what would they give the warning. Well, I want to say that the person who has to do his job was obviously not, but he is not the only one to blame. I think there is a supervisor who should supervise the ha rooms and check that everything is as it should and not their work either. People like these destroy the reputation of a hotel and its employees if they are professionals such as the receptionists, the cooks are .... if I return it will be because of this wonderful staff that has helped us Treated very professionally but because of the disappointing cleanliness.

Hi there, we have been continuously contacting all of our guests who have booked accessible rooms to inform them that the lift is currently under unplanned maintenance. We do have a full time maintenance manager who works in the hotel 5 days a week and your comments will be passed on. At easyHotel we endeavour to offer the best value quality stay. Worst accommodation to stay booked it after calling there receptionist to enquire if they have a elevator service for people with special needs and they informed us that they have elevator. Now after check in they mention that the elevator is broken and it's not there responsibility to inform guests regarding this. Rooms are not at all maintained and have worst service. Would never recommend this accommodation for anyone.
