Bad company. Bought the sofa and took a very long time to receive it. When delivered, the sofa came with one of the supports broken, the delivery man took a picture of the broken part and said we would receive a replacement that never came through. After 15 days of use, the back of the sofa broke because of the bad quality of the wood. It is impossible to make a phone contact with the company. And to book a specialist to take a look at the damage he have to wait for more than a month. I had an Ikea sofa for 3 years and I donated it in perfect condition! This less than 1 month broke, poor quality material! I do not recommend!

Very bad experience unfortunately I'm not quick to give bad feedback to anyone but this time really really unhappy customer For first i received sofa with wrong site OK everyone can make mistake but when I try to put our dream bed in bedroom I found two important parts been missing so couldn't sleep on it yet for good few weeks our bad was in the middle of our bedroom we could only look at it and sleep on the sofa downstairs Took so many weeks to sort missing parts out and sofa to being replaced not even one single word about "We will pay for guy who deal with ur bed to put together without proper installation instructions and you have to call for him twice and pay him twice to come it was our fault" Thank you Msofas for bad experience will never recommend to anyone unfortunately

I'm very satisfied with this company so far. I ordered a sofa from here and everything went smooth. I'd like to praise the customer service, because they are really helpful and nice on online chat! I would recommend this place to order sofa. Personally I didn't have any problem apart from some weird sain on the sofa (which is not the companies fault), however I heard sometimes people get the wrong color or type.

Może serowa o dostawa ok ale jakoś towaru bardzo średnia. Kupiliśmy sofę do pokoju ze sztucznej skóry o po 2.5 roku zaczęła się marszczyć i rozdzierać . Mieszkamy we 2 więc żadnych ekscesów nie miała w czasie swoich 2 lat , plus pielęgnacja, czyszczenie okazjonalne. Niestety gwarancja 2 lata tylko i teraz po wydaniu 800 nie ma na czym siedziec .
