Their guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on. If you have a problem with your blinds a fitter will not come back. You get told that they will but instead you wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and oh did I mention wait!!! I've advised my sister in law to get the rest of her properties done elsewhere and just walk away from this tiring experience.

The sales guy I met was spot on, very helpful and knowledgeable, he came and measured up to double check ours were correct and offered good advice. The fitter was prompt, efficient and tidy, he even took the rubbish away with him. The blinds themselves are lovely, they completely change the look of the room, the fit is great and the finish also great, all round great experience and will definately use them again, Thanks guys Kellie. I'm afraid I cannot recommend these people. Yes, fitting is fine - but the after sales service is none existent. One on my blinds is actually the wrong size - at the time of fitting they adjusted it to " do the best they could" but a request to sort it out, was simply ignored: they do not reply to emails or phone calls - you are just ignored. I note this is a problem experienced by other customers. Seems like, once they have your money - they forget you exist.
