I'm sorry you feel this way Buddy and value your review. We take pride in our Service, Quality & Convenience. We have tried numerous times to resolve your issues before the pandemic hit with no reply back. We stand behind every project we do here at iCandy. You have blemishes in the 3M 1080 Carbon Black that were Not there at the time of installation nor at the time of pickup. This clearly has nothing to do with the Quality and Workmanship of the install and pionts more towards a product defect or care neglect. In cases like this we follow our protocol by reaching out to our 3M representative for guidance. We work with numerous high end car dealers and car enthusiast installing on average 75-100 Stripe Packages a year that would be more then happy to back our Experience & the Quality of the the work we produced here at iCandy. Your bill changed due to you adding more to the package then originally quoted on the day you dropped off. I can assure you we don't just add things to clients Bill's. I had a bad experience and would not recommend doing business with them. They installed stripes on my car, did a bait and switch and charged me more money than initially quoted, and blamed 3M, the product manufacturer for lack of experience and poor quality workmanship when I came back to discuss the problems of their job. Their representative agreed there was a problem. They made promises to make things right but continuously stalled and excuses. I approached them 3 times and they failed to follow thru leaving me paying for a job poorly done without standing behind their work offering no remedies. I paid a premium price for a premium product and they did not have the expertise to do it properly nor stand behind it. There is much more reliable graphic installers in town at competitive prices and I would recommend going to them.
