Great place! They always have knowledgeable and helpful people working behind the counter. These dudes know their stuff. If they don't have what you are looking for they can probably order it out of the catalog and have it in a couple of days. Probably wouldn't go many other places if I needed quality barber supplies.
We are sorry you feel this way. We treat everyone fairly and try to resolve issues promptly when needed. In this case we took care of your clipper as soon as you came in and adjusted it how you wanted it, but you did not think so. Not wanting your business was never mentioned during your visit. You felt the moving blade was overlapping the stationary blade and would cut or irritate your customers skin. We said it was set back more than usual and should be fine. You tried the clipper blade on your arm and you were unable to make it cut your skin so it was set properly as requested.

I was completely disappointed after being a customer for over 10 years how I was told I don't need your business simply because I asked him to a just a clipper to where I thought it should be adjusted for my clients I will never ever support anything this company does I was told I do not need your business go find another place to get your clippers fixed I will never ever advise anyone to be there I wish I didn't have to I need it him to simply a just a play to where I felt as though it should be because he modified a clipper that I didn't feel comfortable adjusting I would have never came back to have him adjust the blade except for the reason that the blade fell out was because it was modify the treated me with uttered this respect
Whatever is happening now with dryer is not related to original repair which was 2-3 months ago and working with no issues until now. When dryer came in this time we replaced the brushes in the older motor we did not repair before no charge and ran it for a half hour. Additional filters were also placed in the dryer just in case. We placed a whiteboard in front of it to see if anything was shooting out of nozzle as she stated. It was not so we called and said it was fixed. We told her the next step was to replace the older motor that was never done before. Also it could be particles in the hose that was causing this. We tried to explain this rationally to customer. We suggested that if not confident in our service to return it to manufacturer for repair.

Been using Schneider since day one of Grooming 11years. Recently I had my K9ll blow dryer service by them (the dryer wouldn't come on) and they called told me I needed to have one of the motors replaced (these dryer have 2motors I'm them) told me what it would cost $150 and I decided to have them fix it. So now 4 months later the dryer began to blow out a dark smoke(Carbon) while drying took it back and the called like 2 hours later and said it was fixed and no charge. Great & thanks used it the next day and its not working doing the same thing and they say it's not the new motor and it is not the one they put in. the way he talked to me so super short and defensive talk to me like I accuse them of something and basically told me it was nothing more they could and they did everything they could do. Said it was fixed when they called me. I've never felt more dismissed and not appreciated as a long time customers. I will never go back again!!!!
