My girlfriend and I went on a rainy day and there was still plenty to do and see. Many of the outdoor animal exhibits were less active, as the animals were sheltering from the rain, but some were still active and there were plenty of indoor exhibits to enjoy. Plus, it was not crowded at all and we could easily move from exhibit to exhibit without having to fight our way through mobs of children and families. We had a really nice day.

How sad this place has become. Understaffed dirty animals look like they need better care. Rather drive to Cincinnati zoo.
