The surgery went perfect and they did a great job on my eyes. BUT the people that work here are not very friendly and the Drs are just kinda Blaaaa not the best experience. But thats what you get in Boston. Its not the south thats for sure. Overall Id would recommend them.

I had a terrible experience with them! The doctor refused to see me because I was one minute late after driving 50 minutes to get to his office. They dont have flexibility at all. Never recommend this place to anyone.

At Boston Vision, we use the most advanced state-of-the-art technology that allows us to give patients the results they want and more! Most people dont know, but LASIK is a quick 12-minute procedure, most of our patients are driving the next day without glasses/contacts!

I had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was professional and courteous. The whole procedure was explained in detail through the use of videos. The actual procedure, performed by Dr. Melki , lasted about 10 minutes. The newly opened office in Brookline is clean and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Dr Brenner and the entire staff at BV (both Brookline and Milford) are nothing short of AMAZING. He was very informative and thorough in reassuring me about my decision on getting lasik. The entire process was swift, but informative and attentive. 12/5 stars!

Hi Evan, I am really surprised by your negative review. I have never heard any of our patients have a similar experience to yours. Our goal is to keep our patients calm as much as possible during their procedure since we know some are nervous. As for scarring, it is impossible to see scarring the one day after your procedure. This would take several months to notice and scarring is very rare in general. I will start with emphasizing that most people I interacted with were personable and professional! However, my overall experience at Boston Vision on the day of my procedure was so poor that I need to voice my experience. While being led into the procedure room, I protested that the anxiolytics didn't seem to be taking effect. I was told to come in anyways. As the procedure began, I started to have a panic attack, and as I voiced my concerns I was told (I remember the phrasing clearly) "shut up". As the procedure progressed I couldn't help but shout, and was told "stop screaming". I tried to calm myself with prayer, and was told to "shut up please". ("Please", this time, at least.) The next day, the corneal specialist who looked at my eye said one of my eyes had been scarred up very badly by the procedure, among the worst he had seen coming out of Boston Vision. To this day my eye is still scarred and occasionally causes me a jolt of pain. Two years later and I already need glasses again, too. Again, while most of the staff is very nice, I would not recommend this procedure.
