I keep trying to give this dealership a chance since its so convenient to my house, but every time its a fail. The service people are always nice and it seems like they want to help in the beginning, but once they have your car that communication is gone.. and they will keep your car all day for the simplest of services. So if you need your car back in a timely manner (or at least within the time frame they Initially tell you) this will not be the place for you. Example: I dropped my car off at 9 am with an appt for an oil change. Service person said it would be 4 hours. Started calling around 1 to get status.. got passed around to probably everybody in the dealership and left messages for service person but still no answer. Around 3 I finally get the service person. He states the car is ready and he left me a message. I state I do not have message from him (and I can chalk it up to a disconnect call, mistake, phone issue, etc) but I have called up there several times and left messages because I wanted to find out status and I need a ride to get my car and have gotten nowhere. He says he will have the driver come get me. At 4:30 still no driver. I called him back and he said he would find out status. Driver shows up a little after 5. get car around 5:45. So overall, an oil change took about 9 hours. I could have gone to NTB, paid about the same and been in and out in an hour.

Absolute nightmare from start to finish. NEVER AGAIN Also tried to overcharge me. Still waiting for ROBERT the service manager to call me guess his too busy.
This was first time for service with my Jeep. I was kept informed every step of the way. Everyone was friendly and helpful and my car was even finished the same day and Im back on the road! When I need service, Ill definitely come back!

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought this jeep with promises of new tires, new interior trim pieces, and a complete professional detail. Came back a week later to them only replacing the front tires while leaving lug nuts loose or missing as well as only one trim piece being replaced and a terrible detail job. Sales team promised me the trim pieces would be ordered as well as a second key. Going on almost a year now and nothing has been ordered or replaced. When calling and asking to speak with the manager I just get bounced around to multiple people who are zero help or told to call back when the manager isnt busy. They are great on selling a vehicle but after that consider anything else your problem because even with written promises they wont keep their word
