Don't buy a car with out test driving!! Have no clue what it looks like . I don't by formal them or even to look at them . Go to enterprise , or dealer.

Some of the staff was rude, took off from work to receive the car and when they were not able to deliver that day was told no one told me to take off from work. Great concept but the operation is not good.

The process was defined previously in the description. Upon arrival the driver did exactly as was described. I was very pleased. After the closing process I realized I signed electronically a lot of documents that I really didnt look too close at. I contacted the service through the website and the agent sent me the documents. I suggested to her and I will to you that you should make those documents easier to access.

Never again! I purchased a '13 GT500 they had listed on eBay, when I went to pay for it that same day, the phone representative had no idea Carvana listed available cars on eBay and then told me it was already sold to someone else. Very poor buying experience, I will not be using them ever again especially after reading all this negative feedback. 2/17 Update to the response from Carvana. I did call several times into your clueless call center reps and gave me the run around. You are hands down the WORST car buying experience and would never use you again. After reading all the poor feedback, I am one of many that feel the pain of dealing with this company. NEVER AGIAN - ACCT was updated and my info removed to stop all the emails and text at 4AM from you automated system.
