Terrible customer service. I received a very small bent orchid with browning leaves as a gift. I emailed to let them know. They called and offered to discuss it if I brought it in twenty miles away No thanks. No bother but no good review either

I had a terrible experience purchasing an item here. Their return policy is unreasonable and is not told to you before purchase. Your suppose to read a sign on a desk.
