I want to love this place but they need to improve big time. Their staff isn't friendly or even acknowledging about basic things such as how far they're behind in making a drink or sandwhich. I've given them 10 tries and every time they have several customers waiting upwards of 20+ minutes for a coffee or even longer for a sandwhich. You can see the frustration build on everyone's face waiting for their order. It would be faster at a sit down restaurant. They are often out of their bagels. This message is hopefully to make management know there are 1. Missing money due to how slow they are making orders and 2. Letting others know don't come here if you expect a coffee quickly. It could be 25 minutes before you get it and they won't tell you that or even acknowledge you waited forever. Staff stinks but likely that's the managements fault.
Just about as local as one can get for the neighborhood, full of regulars, kids, sun and snowbirds. Cider and non-traditional beers attached to a bagel shop. By far best asset is the staff. Highly recommend this charmingly original Denver staple
Theyve let the good reviews get to their heads. No more happy hour food specials so we left and didnt give any of our business. Ill adjust the review once theyre brought back.
