Management would rather not spend money to fix trailers properly, doesn't pay contract employees on time, and will put bad marks on your credit score even if you paid on time.....in other words, SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES and CROOKS. Stay away from ParkLand Ventures Inc!

Parkland Ventures has some of the best communities that I have lived in! They hold their managers and communities to the upmost quality of service. They are always keeping the community clean and constantly working to improve the community . From bringing in new properties to always constantly investing their time and making sure that everything is well taken care of! You couldn't ask more from a company like Parkland Ventures, they are always there to help, and make sure that you have the best quality of life living there you could ever expect!

hello we moved in to siesta manor about almost a month ago...cathey got us in to a beautiful home....we love it here...management (Kathyy) is doing a great job...my daughter and her family live here as well as her mother0in-law and brother-in law.....5 stars to Kathy.........thanks

Parkland only Thinks about MONEY! They don't make anyone clean up their yards hell they don't even mow their own yards until it's so high you can lose your kid in it. The don't take care of fallen trees. They can even pull weeds. Their office isn't even HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE!. We have been here a total of 20yrs and the old owners at least keep the place CLEAN. I love my home and the neighbors. But the owners of this place SUCK!
