I honestly couldn't believe how bad my experience was here. The one bright light was the hostess. She was great! I have to say the entire meal, drinks included, were bad. I ordered a specific martini. It arrived without anything on the rim or a garnish (how it's normally prepared) and half full! I figured this is how they make their cocktails. The woman to my left ordered the same thing and it came full, complete with a sugar rim and lemon garnish! I next ordered the pomegranate mule. It came very quickly and only tasted like pomegranate juice. I'm sure there was ginger beer in there but I couldn't taste any. It just tasted like syrup. Our appetizer got sent to the wrong table and by the time it was figured out, it came out at the same time as our entrees. I ordered the ribeye grilled cheese. Honestly save your money! The steak was chewy and the advertised "sweet chili" on the sandwich turned out to be peppers and onions. It was not a good flavor profile and I had to deconstruct the 24 dollar sandwich to pick them out. I ordered truffle fries with my meal. First normal fries came out. They were taken back and immediately came back out. Truffle oil/seasoning has a very pungent taste and you know if it's there. There was zero truffle on these fries. All they did was shave Parmesan cheese onto my previously normal fries. The entire meal was a huge disappointment and the worst meal I've had in Hampden. For 120 I'd rather spent my money getting great food and drinks. I will not be back.

I never do reviews but this one needed to be done . First its Christmas Eve and they had a selective menu . When i first walked in they already had the menu on the table which was a good sign . A waiter came up and asked what drinks we wanted . I asked for a strawberry lemonade . The waiter brung me a lemonade with alcohol in it . I DO NOT DRINK . And they didnt even check to see if i was of age before giving me that drink (did not ask for my I.D). When i addressed it he caught an attitude . Fast forward my appetiser came out . We wasnt provided with silverware until after my food had already been out. We had to wait for about 5 minutes until they actually brung silverware . The menus was never taken off the table the entire time we ate . Ive been to plenty of restaurants and i know they usually take the menus right after you order your food to clear space . We ate on top of the menus. The food was okay. The waiters basically had us serve ourselves . They never asked if we wanted refills they check up on us only 1 time and if it was up to me , i wouldnt be given a tip . They take 15% gratuity just because of COVID. They got $9 out of me for a tip and i didnt even have a waiter . We seen the waiter from the beginning only 1 time . This was my first time coming here and I will not be coming back .

My 1st visit. Wanted a turkey burger it was unavailable. Had the veggie omelet instead Loved it. Well seasoned! Will be back!

my neighbors and i came here for restaurant week, and we really enjoyed it. the food was delicious, and the cocktails were good.

They will apparently make your burger well-done no matter what selection you make. Asked for my burger to be made medium, and it came back charred/over cooked. Not worth $25.
