Beware of this company. Brandon screwed us out of a lot of money and left me with a non-working pool after paying him an exorbant amount of money. I spoke to another local professional who pinpointed Brandons bad work so I can take pictures for a potential lawsuit. He also blamed his lack of professionalism on a dying man. Seriously, beware. Check out the reviews on BBB. **RESPONSE: You did the work for my deceased husband. You have made it clear you are no longer willing to work with me to get this resolved based on your communication. My recommendation to stay far away stands.***

When the motor went out on my spa they came out the next day and replaced it. I've never had a spa before and every time I have questions, I call Brandon and he takes the time to explain things to me.

Great experiance with Active Aqua Pool and Spa! Brand new to having a pool and had a terrible first experience with Steves Pools in the Longview/Kelso area and was immediately impressed with Brandon at Active Aqua. Knowledgeable, efficent and easy to talk to about the entire process. Walked me through everything and answered every question I had so that I could learn what was going on and learn to do it myself. Would recommend to anyone.
