It was my first time to consulate their attorney and the experience was very bad. Waited for 2 hours and paid $20 to see the attorney. I have to travel overseas because of the sickness of my family member, he told me not to travel because I might not be able to re-enter into US. I asked him is there any solution, but he told me just do not travel , then he kept telling me the rules which are already described on USCIS website. About my N-400 application, I was confused about one question "Have you EVER committed, assisted in committing, or attempted to commit, a crime or offense for which you were NOT arrested?", he told me to answer yes, which is significantly not true! This answer can make my application get denied immediately!!! As of the question about my green card, he gave me another wrong answer. This organization is just abusing the "Non-profit" to make money. You may save a little bit money but you will get into a big trouble in the future!!! Go to see a real attorney is my best suggestion.
Very frustrating experience, especially for those who struggle with English. Why are offices STILL closed? Using COVID as an excuse is no way to treat your clients. Get back in the office and help people!
