I take full responsibility for my treatments. I don't know the case, but I am always there for patients to do whatever is needed. I am sorry for this experience. All coins have two sides, though.

I have referred a friend to Dr Bala and wish I hadn't. I saw the result of the treatment and it was clear it had been aesthetically misjudged. That in itself happens therefore owning the problem and providing the right aftercare is important. This is where the problem occurred. His attitude was less than desirable and it lost him two customers.

I have visited Dr Bela for both Botox and some filler and have been extremely happy with the results. He also, during one of these treatments, spotted a small but infiltrative basal cell carcinoma on my forehead which another dermatologist had dismissed as just a crusty bit. Its since been successfully removed and I have recently visited Dr Bela for a full body check. He provides an excellent, professional and very thorough service.
