I don't know what is going on, but I haven't signed a new lease yet with the company, so I don't know how legal a walk through is going to be. They towed away my car in March, and never sent me a new lease. I don't know if they did stuff illegally with what they have from when I previously signed a new lease. I've been trying to contact the person who I have contact info for, but I haven't heard anything from her. I will say that I've had better responses from the previous companies that took ownership of the building that I live in. This unresponsive shows me that I don't really matter to them, other than to get my rent each month.
I'm sorry to hear that you are so unhappy with our services. We make every attempt to address each situation as it arises, and have answered your concerns as they have been communicated. It is never our intention at PMI Reno to deceive anyone or hide any truths. We are open and honest with our fees and they are exactly as agreed to in the original lease agreement. For example we do NOT charge you for a monthly maintenance fee for filters, but there is a monthly administration fee that is what we charge to all our tenants and was disclosed in every process from the listing of the property to the lease signing. As indicated we cannot always protect personal property stored outside. Remodelling of adjacent units does happen from time to time and is part of having neighbors. In addition, we do give proper legal notice before entering any occupied property.

I don't understand how they have great reviews. DO NOT trust Robert at all. DO NOT believe a word that man says. Classic shady salesman tactics only gives you bit information. Then after sale he only gives you a run around. Robert will talk to you like he doesn't believe you. You can expect them to nickel and dime you for everything they can. Example: monthly maintenance service fee for filters... there are no filters... no one has ever come to maintain anything... PMI was not forthcoming about construction. I never received written notices of entry. Never was told of remolding taking place in all apartments next to me. Have got three flat tires due to debris in parking lot. I understand my property being stolen in a bad neighborhood but I don't understand my property being disrespected and damaged because of negligence from PMI. Rhonda and Carla have been pleasant. They have actually admitted to mistakes and corrected them accordingly. UPDATE: Did you even read my review??? Because your response suggests you did not. Seems like something Robert has said to me word for word. I never received any notices. My property was damaged by construction crew. No one informed me. I did say "...but I don't understand my property being damaged because of negligence from PMI." My apartment has been entered into several times. Twice by construction people and once recently by an unknown person. All times person had a key. Again I never received any notices. Yes Robert did tell me fees were for filters and maintenance. Even says so in advertising. The fees are for nonsense. Never said anything about them being hidden or amounts but I do suggest that the fees have no justification. I am from the country and I am not used to dealing with unscrupulous people like Robert.

Lisa Pilling was my property manager and was always very kind to my roommates and I. Quick turn around time with any of the questions we had, and got any issues we had with the property taken care of in a timely manner. Cant ask for more from a property manager!
Gina and PMI have been great. When I relocated abroad, I was concerned that my properties and tenants might not be looked after with the same level of attention as I had always provided. I rely on those units as my main source of income so it is vital that they are well maintained and remain productive. I feel they are in good hands with Gina. She has demonstrated good communication and decision making and I have confidence in her abilities. I would absolutely recommend Gina and PMI to those in search of an effective property management team.

I would not recommend PMI Reno and I would especially recommend not working with Gina Trevino, one of their agents. The company uses a nickel-and-dime approach. If they can charge you for something, they will. If you have other options that dont involve working with PMI Reno I would suggest going that route first. If you plan to work with them, take these lessons learned and protect yourself. During our move-in inspection we were given a paper to write down any issues we noticed with the house. Thankfully, my wife was diligent and spent several hours writing everything down. Upon move-out, this document was not referenced which resulted in a disagreement between us and Gina. We were going to get charged for small things like leaving lint in the dryer and stains on the bathroom ceiling that we had documented. Additionally, the form PMI used for the move-out process was different than the move-in form even though it had a section for that. We were given the impression that they were trying to profit off of our deposit. Stay away.
