Called for a quote and phone was picked up by a young lady. I gave her the information regarding a business card layout and print and she stated someone would call me back. I waited 2 days and got no response. I called back at and spoke to another employee and gave her the information regarding the quote for business card layout sent her an email no response for 2 days. Prices appear to be good but the level of customer service is horrendous. Further confirmation that 85% of employees do the bare minimum to squeak by I will never do business with them as their response time is terrible. It appears in this day and age that the majority of people have no idea what phone etiquette is and how to provide excellent customer service....

If there is a ZERO Star I would have put that! I would not have come here in the first place if it was not highly recommended! Will NOT ever come back or recommend this company as my group polo shirts we ordered and customized back in November 2021 has not been fixed (our group name was misspelled ) and lots of excuses in spite of follow up (emails/calls) and not even considering a refund! Gabriel who promised to deliver the polo shirts with quality and not rushed does not work there anymore and communications thread were lost! Even the new guy who was assigned to finish our group's polo shirts informing me that his supervisor has not emailed him back with a response! Look around for a better quality & customer service but definitely NOT THIS COMPANY!
