Jenna, we're glad that you decided to try out our program, and it's unfortunate that the weather didn't cooperate with us that weekend! I originally booked my confined dives with Nautilus due their price. It was a little less than some of their competitors and found that appealing. Unfortunately, this wasn't the best decision. We had a bad heat wave that weekend yet we still had to be outside starting at 10 and ending midday assembling gear and putting it on. It was so hot and harsh on our bodies. They also had us in a room with little to no AC since it was an older house. We then ran to the pool where we didn't have many breaks. So we went through very hot to very cold after hours of training. At least 50% of the class had to drop out due to various reason - mostly heat exhausted. I made it through day one but I couldn't finish day two because of that. I wanted to give up and not get certified but instead gave it another shot with Blue Octopus Scuba. I am now certified, through Blue Octopus and would HIGHLY recommend going with them in stead. The divers at Nautilus were nice enough but I feel like the quality of everything, including the divers, are so much higher at BO. Overall, glad it all worked out and excited to dive during my next trip!
This is a great dive shop!! The staff are super knowledgeable and helpful. They did an excellent job with my daughter's open water class and she can't wait to hit the water!!
Hello, you had no details about the computer so I had nothing to definitely price anything. I'm the one that told you that you may be able to replace it yourself. And my quote was $27.50. That's for when we buy the battery and replace it with a new o'ring on non-user replaceable batteries. And warranty the work...Which I would say is a fair price. Thanks, Mary

I called for a quote on a battery replacement price for my dive computer. $47.00. This is a $3.00 lithium battery that took me 5 minutes to change. Not everyone that dives is rich. Thank goodness for YouTube.
