This is a five star experience during the week. Stay away on the weekends. Soo many rules implemented on most of the equipment.. like ONE child per area in the ball pit or jumping on the trampoline. Really? And the workers are POLICING it. Constantly disrupting the children playing. Made for an annoying and unpleasant experience.

This used to be such a good place to bring toddlers to play. Within the last 6 months they made so many new changes, got extremely strict and stopped allowing so many things. I felt like we were being watched and followed the entire time, and saw staff scolding parents and kids. Its really ridiculous now. One staff with allow something and another will berate you for that. Was told my 14 year old could not supervise our 2 year old during toddler time because she might start playing and its dangerous for the kids because yeah a 14 yo will be jumping around in there?? Give me a break, she was allowed to before and Im newly postpartum and limited on physical activity. Aside from this, I accidentally brought get air socks one time. An honest mistake as theyre both black with green writing. I was standing on the stairs watching my toddler and a staff member literally yelled at me from the front entrance and told me I couldnt stand on the freaking stairs with those socks! Are you joking?! He yelled at me twice to leave while simultaneously saying I couldnt go in to get my kid with those socks but I couldnt stand in the stairs. Was so embarrassing and a mom offered to bring my kid to me. Meanwhile parents were walking around without any socks in the kid area and I was 6 months pregnant. If you want to be scolded berated and embarrassed please go here. If your kids under 5 its not the best anymore. Ive given this place multiple tries but customer service has completely gone to you know what within the last year. Sad because it was and is one of the few places you can escape the heat with littles.

Had a double birthday party no awesome birthday t shirts for the birthday boys had to ask for the party bags and for$400 should've been much smoother up side kids had a blast
