I was not careful enough because I was rushing to order (i needed them asap) but I didnt have a good experience by paying $49 for shipping for items that cost less than that ($35). It even took 10 days to arrive. Didn't seem to make sense they even create situations like this with shipping unless its express shipping. Where else can you find a high shipping cost like that that takes 10 days?! I never expected it would be super expensive like that with just $35 T-shirts order even if its not qualified for free shipping. I didnt pay enough attention sigh. Everyone should be extra careful about their shipping. You should only buy stuff when you qualify for free shipping ($99) Also, if you return it they dont refund the shipping. They dont provide a prepaid return label either. Youll have to pay for it. Read the terms. I wont buy more from them. It just doesnt seem very nice.

Amazing customer service. My order was labeled and shipped to the wrong address. It was in transit on its way back before I even realized it. I called Blankstyle (got a person right away) and they immediately sent out a new order to the correct address. Plus the quality of the shirts is great, cheaper than any other supplier, and arrives in just a day or two. I will using Blankstyle as my primary supplier from here on out.
