I fully recommend staying away from this firm. I reached out to them b/c it appeared they had a specific bullion coin. It turns out they have a $5K minimum, and also are overpriced. There are 100s of investment houses and places to purchase bullion, please go somewhere else.

Was called by a representative after submitting a request to learn more. The representative was rude and condescending. Said I "sound young" and didnt sound motivated due to this. I am 31 years old. He asked "do you even have a retirement account?" I requested he send me general information on buying gold to my email since I was busy. He never sent the email. Was not taken seriously.

Fromthe very first conversation over the phone, everything was explained easily in a way that I understood. I remember that first phone call. They took the time to explain the process, the market, and everthing that would affect my investment. I must've been on the phone for 20-30 minutes but I appreciated every minute because I learned a lot. From that point on, the process was so easy and someone was there every step of the way in case I had any questions. They really understood and were compassionate to a beginner like me. After hearing the Birch name a hundred times on a podcast, I finally decided to check them out. I sent a text and later got a call from a rep. While I havent invested in this group or purchased precious metals from them, my first impression (first contact ever) was a man trying so hard to immediately qualify me as worth his time that he didnt listen to me or respond to my very simple questions. Because of this experience I wont contact the business again.
