Canceled service as we are no longer in business. We have been trying to get a refund for months. Customer service has been giving us the run around and continues to lie to us about getting a refund. I would think twice about using this company
I don't like the fact that the company is not honest and transparent in their pricing. A sales representative placed an order for one year subscription, and after one year my pricing double in cost. The representative or the company did not disclosed this to me at all, until I received my credit card bill.
Absolutely horrible! Two years in a row I was charged with fees even after canceling this service. To top it off, in order to get refunded (for their admitted error) I have to jump thru hoops and write an email for "review".
