Customer service was great and unloading process was fast and easy. Only gets 3 stars because $80 to dump a vanload of stuff seems like a bit of a ripoff. Rates like that actively discourage people from properly disposing of their waste.

Clearly says they're open until 5 online. I drove 30 mins with a full dump truck to dump. I arrived at 4:37pm and was met with major attitude by the unpleasant heavy guy working the scale. He told me the scale closes at 430 (as if I should know that... It does not state that you have to be there by 430 online) and that I can come back tomorrow if I want.... I said it said 5pm online and I'm only 5 minutes late, you can't just let me dump? He said "No" with a bad attitude. As a business owner myself, I know this is not how you act towards customers. You should take responsibility for not stating it clearly online and be a decent person and let me dump (takes 2 minutes to dump). Totally unacceptable
