Very UPSET with North River Landing Apartments !!!!! We were told that our apartment was going to have everything new. That was s LIE !!!! We have moved in at the end of April on a Friday. Sent the management a email of pictures that needs to be fixed on that Monday. The management didn't do anything. So I had maintenance guy and the office manager walk the apartment with me the beginning of August. Gave the maintenance guy pictures of what needed done. We would of NEVERED signed a contract if I knew we had to go through what we are going through now. The pictures are when they came in to fix the problems. Only some of the things were touch but done worse than before. All of our base boards throughout the apartment has paint and mud from drywall on them. Was told from management that the don't touch the base boards. REALLY !!!! I could GO ON AND ON.

Worst apartments ever I moved in June and moved out August, that just shows how terrible these apartments really are. I've spent a lot of money for an apartment that was definitely not worth it! I had to pay the 1500 end lease early fee. That doesn't include all the money I had to put down upon signing lease fees plus all other expenses it cost to move. Something in the building caused me to have extreme migraines, swollen eyes and nose bleeds. This is NOT normal or healthy. This could NOT be related to seasonal allergies because it never gets that bad for me. I wouldn't be surprised if it was an allergic reaction to the mold though. Tenants in the building smoked and it would come through our vents. Main reason I moved out was because it was just a nasty apartment, the mice and the smell of mold was all terrible. The rent is extremely overpriced for the quality of the apartment. This was honestly such a terrible experience. I hope nobody has to ever experience this!

This apartment complex has stepped up there game, by the remodeling they have done its added a great appeal, they have most units now with a washer/dryer in each unit, great size bedrooms amd living rooms, the community itself seems friendly and secure, alittle over priced but definitely now worth it!!!

From our resident Stellios Karagiannis: I am moving out from North River Landing with a heavy heart. North River was a wonderful place to live. They all treated myself and my daughter very well. I have lived in many apartment communities but have yet to find a kinder more sympathetic manager than Tracy. She encompasses the best of both worlds expert management and compassion. I will miss her dearly!

They dont always answer phone hard to get stuff fixed cant get nothing replaced
