Hello Howard, and thank you for your feedback, I am a little puzzled by your review since i assumed you would be confident with your purchase after we spent more than 4 hours in the store examining the jacket and going through all your questions and concerns. Went to buy a Schott 530 leather jacket. The first jacket had a slight problem with the bi-swing arm not going back. They gave me an exchange, but the second jacket had significant dye bleeding. They allowed me a refund with a 20% restocking fee (since I took the tag off), which cost me ~$150 and lots of time. Note their official policy does not allow returns and only exchanges (or store credit). I would not recommend future customers to buy a Schott product here and to just buy directly from Schott or from Nordstrom, since refunds are much easier if issues arise in future. My reply to the owner response: The Schott 530 has a heavy inside flap. I spent considerable time (~2 hours) trying the jacket and deciding whether the flap would be fine or I should get a tailor to remove it. I did not closely examine other aspects of the jackets (bi-swing arm issue on one and significant dye bleed on another). They only had 2 mediums in stock. If you are a customer, I'm sure there are situations where you liked the clothes in store, but after you bought it and use it at home, you discover problems. If you are located in Atlanta, you could come to try the Schott jackets here, but just buy from Schott directly or Nordstrom (if Nordstrom carries the style).
