Lazy poor experience with child lessons beware , every other resort you drop your child with happy helpful employees they hand you a ticket and go fit them for gear and take them to their lessons , here there is a bunch of teenagers standing around and chilling while you have to walk your child stand in line for 30 mins and wait to get fitted for gear and there is only 2 employees and then you have to be there to do that for them then take your child to another location for the lessons!? They are sub par at best in this field compared to other resorts so plan on getting on the mountain late

We had our wedding here in July 2021 and it was everything we imagined and more. We had to postpone a year (COVID) but they very accommodating and understanding. Lisa Tomasi and Jose Yi are wonderful to work with, and we appreciated how responsive they both were to our questions! The entire weekend ran without a hitch and all we had to do was enjoy! Sugar Bowl as a wedding venue is incredible - it's charming, rustic, intimate, and has amazing views. The lift ride to the top of the mountain for cocktail hour was unforgettable and made for some great photo ops! The food was also outstanding. Everything was all around excellent and we are so glad we chose Sugar Bowl to tie the knot.

A beautiful place to come enjoy the snow. Originally came out here to look for a job. Ended up getting some great content for my YouTube channel Backyard-offgrid.com. Will definitely put in my application to work here. HR Office was closed when I got here. Thanks to the sugar bowl employees for helping me.

Really disappointed that they wouldnt give us a refund on our tickets. Website said we had to get tickets a day in advance, so we did. The next day it was advised only essential travel be out, and it wasnt safe for us to go. We tried to get a refund but they wouldnt give us one. Seems pretty ridiculous we had to get tickets a day in advance and because of unsafe conditions being our reason not being able to be go, we couldnt get a refund.
