We have used Suburban for 20 years and shame on us for not dumping them sooner. They have been charging us for several years $5.99 a gallon plus various fees that we couldnt get clarification on. Plus, charged a penalty for being an on-demand customer. We finally decided to action and did comparison shopping. Other gas companies were appalled at the cost per gallon and could not explain the extra fees on our bill. We have switched and the new companys prices and customer service are excellent. Our Suburban delivery guy was ALWAYS surly. Good riddance Suburban. I actually have stopped twice at new neighbors when I saw they were talking to Suburban and talked them out of it.

ZERO STARS- CALL T&D propane right now! Suburban is terrible, a total rip off! CALL T&D they sell propane for 1/3 the price of this place. Buy your own tank at lowes and have T&D fill it, or buy two tanks fill them yourself and just get a dual manifold and switch it over.... Suburban is the worst, worst company I have ever done biz with... Total outragous rip off, Just terrible...
