We contacted Keith for a quote on a metal roof. After giving us a quote (and before signing any contract) Keith came back to our house because we had a few questions, a few more things we wanted him to check out. Northeast Indiana Roofing was the best quote we received. Keith kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and even came back on the last day to ensure everything went as planned & that we were satisfied. Our roof looks great and was done in a timely manner- at an affordable price, too. Even prior to signing the contract, I didnt feel at all as though Keith was pushy- he explained everything in great detail and I felt as though our satisfaction, and that the roof was done right was his top priority. Were extremely satisfied with the work Northeast Indians Roofing did- highly recommend!

Our second time using them. We sold our home last year and had to replace the roof as a condition of the sale. They had great customer service, replaced the roof in a day, without any trace they had been there. They were great about taking payment out of our closing. It was a no brainer when we found our roof was leaking over the weekend due to the recent storms that we would call them. They answered first thing this morning and were out to repair our roof just after lunch time. Their customer service is impeccable, and they do good quality work at a reasonable price.
