Nice local hardware store and Stihl dealer. They always ask if you need help. However, they do not price match, or even offer to come down when price is 30% higher than competitor (not even talking about big box stores). Going to start going elsewhere since last few times I went they were out of what I needed or it was way marked up if they had it. Ill take the extra 5 minutes to go to true value in Pine Bush. Sorry guys.
Hello, I'm sorry for the delayed response on this. The issue with online inventory as compared to real time inventory in store is a delay of 24hrs or more. Sometimes on items that are fast moving particularly sale items we will sell out of what we have, but unfortunately it will not update quantity shown in store online until the next business day. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. Horrible! Went online to see if they had a product which according to the website they did. I get there and they don't have it. Staff said it's a known issue - so I asked them if it's a known issue why don't they correct it??? No answer. The main issue for me is I wasted time going there. If the site was correct I'd have gone elsewhere and saved the time, gas and hassle.
