Hi Gareth, whilst training a new staff member the initial quote was inadvertently deleted. It certainly was not intentional. :) We acknowledge it was our mistake, and again we apologise this caused frustration to you. I'm sorry to learn the submitted quote was not within the budget of the organisation. Not suitable for a small business or small order. You don't get the service if you are not spending lots of money. I had to re-send my quote multiple times and chase on the phone, when I finally received it back I was double charged for set up costs and also wrong items and colours. I have replied back to the email about the quote (twice) and still not received a reply or amended quote. Whilst my initial request didn't have all the info they needed, I would expect an email back at the least asking for the right info not for them to admit they had deleted it. If it was a $20k order it wouldn't have been deleted. As I am only spending $1k I am getting a lesser service. I would rather them say at the start your order is too small for us and to try someone else rather than waste my time for 3 weeks.

Shame the sales girl wasn't very friendly.. More interested in getting me out as quick as she could. She clearly doesn't like serving customers as it appeared to be a hassle.
