DON'T ORDER GIFTS FROM HERE. Their selection is nice, but they sent a completely different item (of lower value) than what I ordered for a high profile client of mine. I ordered a cashmere sweater and they sent a hoodie with a hot dog on it (to a vegan couple.... facepalm). The only resolution they offered was to offer to refund the difference of the item, or to have the recipient of the gift repackage and return the item in order for me to receive a refund/exchange. Furthermore, a ton of attitude was received from everyone I spoke with. Unless you want to pay for something you didn't order, do NOT order from here.

The workers attitudes were just not it so I didnt even want buy/look at anything at that point Im not a window shopper when I go into stores I go in to specifically purchase something, Im a younger mom so they probably assumed I guess.

I normally don't write reviews however this was one of the best experience I've ever had due to the staff. I pre ordered all my stuff with them(coming from out of town), the knowledge and recommendations they had for me to be properly set up with our new UPPAbaby stroller and then to just walk in there with them having done all the work, assembling all and properly packaging everything, took such a great stress of my shoulders, it was truly priceless. I most definitely have to come back here to show the store to my wife, but also to meet the amazing people that run it.

We purchased a Cybex Mios for our son less than a year ago. At the time of purchase, customer service was fantastic. However, our stroller broke down fast and hard in less than a year. Because we are under the warranty, we have been trying to get it replaced. The same level of customer service was simply nowhere to be found. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to them, Babesta was simply unresponsive and claimed that we need to reach out to the manufacturer, even though the website clearly says that the retailer should help. Overall, pretty disappointed and will take our business elsewhere next time.
