I ordered my letterman jacket on December 5th. They were out if my size and I needed the arms shortened so they said it would be here mid to late january. Plus I wanted my jacket embroidery to match my parka. It is febuary 19th and after calling several times he didnt even know what font of writing to put on the jacket. Unprofessional, and hard to communicate

I personally would not go thru them. Their communication is poor. Emails would go unanswered unless you repeatedly called them. I tried to order a hoodie and was told it would be done at a certain time and then was told a week after that and then another week after that and when I called they had not even started it yet.

I had a rough time as far as communication with them went. I had to send numerous emails before I received a response, but in the end, everything worked out and they gave me a refund and shipped me my item for free. It seems my order was in the mix of an extremely busy period and it took a bit longer than originally estimated, but I am very happy with my items and with the customer service they provided me with.

I'm really disappointed because I was really excited to get some shirts printed for my business. I went in and got a rough estimate, and was told that I'd receive a call back within a few days with a design and more accurate pricing. I never received a call back and my recent calls go unanswered and unreturned.
