We apologize for your frustration. It’s very difficult for us to know when a manufacturer changes the design of a shirt. They don’t inform us when they do. Given the changes to the design of the shirt, we knew we couldn’t customize your shirt as your order requested. As a result, we provided solutions to try and accommodate your requests, none of which worked for you. Two different style of shirts that would accommodate your initial design were suggested. You opted for a smaller logo design to try and fit in the available location which put your order outside the scope of our guidelines, being an under-minimum request for each logo design on the different shirts. As a business, we have guidelines that we adhere to that ensure the best customization for our customers. Sometimes requests fall outside the scope of customization, which can feel frustrating for the customer. And, while we generally do not cancel orders for customization, we knew we were unable to complete your order as you requested. At our monetary loss, we cancelled your order and provided you with a full refund.

Placed order for my company uniforms. Took over a week to be told they couldnt make my order as i wanted. Offered no solution, I had to pitch an idea. Then told me the whole order would be canceled. Unprofessional and not willing to work around issues finding solutions. update: You offered a solution, I accepted the solution then was told the solution *(you offered) wasnt acceptable for the min order and you canceled. I asked to cancel earlier an you told me there would be fees. The other solution I sudgested for a comparable shirt would have worked but it wasnt brought back up before you chose to fully cancel.
We appreciate your review. Given that you ordered a jacket, we placed the logo on it appropriately, which tends to be lower on jackets than a polo. If you feel it is too low for your liking, we would be happy to replace the jacket for you.

I actually slept on this, as a small business-person myself, I know that poor reviews hurt, but heres the deal: I was able to rationalize paying a 100% premium on a basic garment to have a cool logo for a local car club embroidered, which was going to be a gift. The logo, while very well done, is probably an inch or two too low on the lapel of the jacket. (its not called a "breast" pocket for nothing). Knowing that these are software driven sewing machines now, basically, you had two jobs, put the jacket in the machine and position it correctly, and print an invoice. If one out of two is OK here, then I'm the bad guy.
I used Logo Wear for a 20 year celebration for our group. Product was excellent and customer service was outstanding! We are very happy there are still companies out there that care about customer service.
