One of the worst lawyers people be ware!!! He made a lot of mistakes in my paperwork, he sent wrong form to USCIS and I had big problems because of it. He never came to Master Hearing in court. He was saying I never paid him enough and it was a plain lie because I was sending him checks that I have a proof that he cashed them

Due to the coronavirus and the fact we are in the middle of the financial district in New York City, we are trying to do more correspondence by email. Unfortunately, this client is frustrated with the USCIS response time on her application. USCIS is severely backlogged and cases are delayed and we understand that this is causing anxiety. In some situations, when the case is still within processing time which is defined by USCIS, the only option is to wait until the case is outside processing time in order to request US CIS to take action.

Having horrible experience with this attorney. My green card was delayed and then eventually sent to different address. Attorney is no help to try to avoid another $540 fee from the USCIS. Very simply he just doesnt return my calls once he received my retention fee He really doesnt care about me. Horrible customer service For the amount of money I paid the very least I deserve is a call back. Im not even talking about a simple letter to the USCIS to fight for my rights and waive the fee
