Hi Ryan, We are sorry that you have been dissatisfied with our service. We pride ourselves on 5 star customer service and our other countless reviews can attest to that. We have been working in this industry for 30 years doing business with numerous local, national & international companies. We are sorry for your bad experience, we truly are. All of our jobs begin with a formal estimate. And only if you are satisfied with the given pricing, we create an invoice and then we proceed to production. In our industry, each job or run can be a bit different. Simply put, when we first quoted your job you had promised "X" amount of jobs per month with X amount of quantity and your job was quoted as such. Since the orders were not as frequent as promised, we re-quoted the job accordingly to the quantity we received. As you may recall printing your job on the provided material by you was a challenging situation for both parties. Nevertheless we would like to wish you, Ryan and your business the very best! It truly is an innovative product serving a great purpose.

I worked with Arosha for almost a year. Initially, things seemed ok. It took a while for Arosha to figure out how to make our product, so time was spent on screens and testing. During this time I paid for R&D. When the testing was done and we were ready to print, Arosha sent a quote for nearly double the initial estimate. Wow! ok... that sucks, but what can I do now after months of testing and fees? I went with it. Looking back, I should have known better. Last February I went to place another order and the quote came back much higher than my initial orders. I upped the volume and they reluctantly kept the original pricing. Again, I should have known at that time that all was not well. Now here I am, placing another order, and pricing comes back 2.5 times higher that my previous pricing. This is not a 10% increase folks, this is 2.5 times higher! Holy Cow! My business can't support this, there's simply now way. I pleaded with Arosha, and even offered to DOUBLE the order quantity. 600 units instead of 300. His response? 15% discount on the order. I've spent nearly $800 in non-refundable screen fees, and thousands total, not to mention tons of time. And after that I'm left burned. I have to go find another screener and begin this process over again. Never, in years of working with suppliers, have I encountered this type of interaction. There was no communication about pricing, no indication that they couldn't make it work at the previous rates. Just waiting for me to place an order and sending over an inflated quote as if nothing was different. I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I'm so frustrated by this whole process and dismayed. Maybe the positive reviews here speak to smaller orders, or more straightforward (as I mentioned mine took some R&D work which I paid for), or something else, but my experience has been so utterly horrible. If you work with Arosha, I urge you to sign a contract which clearly states pricing. I learned my lesson on that!
