The customer service really sucks here. I called last Saturday and could not reach the service department. It just rang and rang. I called back and left a message with a Lady who said "I do not know when they will call you back but it will definitely be today" That never happened. OK I thought, they are probably busy and short staffed on Saturday they will probably call me next week. NOPE. I call back Friday and was put through to who I assume was a manager and told they could answer my warranty questions. Got an answering machine so I left a message. Guess what? No call back. I call back Saturday and speak to a lady who tells me the service department can answer my question about my warranty and got patched through to a guy named Adam who tells me I need to bring it in before he can tell me if it is under warranty. I tell him that assuming it is the oil pressure sensor like the code says can he please tell me if it is under warranty. He is still trying to pressure me to come in but finally he says sure, hold on. 30 minutes later I am still on hold and I realized he did not ask me for my name, mileage or vin number? How is he going to tell me if it is under warranty???? I called back and was not in a good mood and I spoke with a nice lady who answered all my questions in less than 5 minutes including giving me a price on replacing the part. Now why was this so hard?? Honestly I appreciate her helping me but I can never ever in good conscious let them work on my Jeep. Not after the service and response I got. Just can't do it and wont. I also will never ever buy another car from this dealership. I only expect the same service I would give to my customers. No more. A simple call back could have prevented my anger and frustration.

I'll start by saying that I never write bad reviews but I feel its important for the general public to know what kind of people work here. Thomas and Dustin are dishonest, ill-intentioned, and frankly, unpleasant to work with. I bought a used Jeep from them and custom-ordered a new one at the same time. I catered the new order to the price of the used Jeep and had a verbal agreement with them that we would trade the used Jeep for the new one when it arrived. Upon arrival, Dustin offered me a trade-in value over $10,000 less than I had paid for the used Jeep only two months prior, after adding less than 50 miles to the vehicle. The vehicle was in perfect condition and when I asked why there was such a large price discrepancy, he simply stated, "I wish I could tell you. I don't make up the numbers". He then preceded to tell me that someone in management was fired for providing false information, as if this was my problem. All in all, Dustin and Thomas knowingly took advantage of my desperate situation to buy a car and then cashed in my $1,000 deposit on the new vehicle. They never had the intention of honoring the deal they agreed to in the beginning. Other concerns with the shop: long wait times, disorganized management, understaffed financial team. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
