I have bought and sold many homes in my life and I have never experienced the ineptitude and costly ripoff I experienced working with Krista Deese of Highgarden. The experience still haunts me two years later. I was selling a much larger and desirable home for a smaller and less desirable house. My motive was to have more money to support a special needs family member. After I signed a contract selling my house, Krista came back to me with documentation that indicated I was clearing about $4500 less than what I was told at the time of signing the contract! I was astonished and upset but was told by Krista that she hadn't known about all the fees that had to be paid. Instead of making things right, she told me that I would face terrible legal consequences if I didn't go through with the sale. I let Highgarden know about the situation and got no response. Basically, I traded a better house for little financial gain.

I absolutely would not recommend this agency or Deanna if someone is looking for a quality agency, steer clear. I wasn't even a customer for these guys. Well I kind of was I suppose because I signed a dual agency deal just so we could purchase a house because we were coming in from out of state and didn't want to deal with anyone else. In all reality, we should have had our own realtor so we didn't have to deal with this lady. This lady actually thought it was acceptable that her sellers trashed their house when they were moving out. We almost completely terminated the contract, but we didn't want to start over so we went ahead and purchased the home, but we will have to put some work into the house to get it looking decent due to the condition it was left in. Went through the final walk-through, someone had clogged a toilet, and her response was simply someone must have put too much toilet paper down there. House was disgustingly, dirty, refrigerator completely full of old food, dishwasher completely full with old dishes, holes in the walls everywhere, and it was 55° inside the house because the heater was completely shut off. Diana didn't like that we had reached out to the title company to find out how we get our money back if we chose to terminate the contract and during the closing, this lady was at the title office, but chose to stay in a separate office for the two hours that we were there and didn't even walk in the room. I would not recommend this agency or her if I'm being honest.

We were recommended to this company by a friend and I understand why. Jay is fantastic. He listened to what we were looking for, was quick with getting everything done, answered all of our questions, & even helped negotiate things we didn’t know we needed. I highly recommend Courtney Watts. She worked with my very challenging and difficult family demands and helped keep up our moral. She made our home buying and selling experience enjoyable and fun, not miserable. She took it to heart when we had to deal with rejection, she rode this rollercoaster alongside of us. She guided us and helped seal the deal on our dream come true property. Not to mention she turned around and got our old property an offer within 24 hours. She traveled to Jacksom County as many times as we needed to make this all happen. She will stand up for what's right and make sure you get exactly what you want, no settling here!!! again, I highly recommend her any day!!!!
