BBO is useless. They declined to run an investigation on a BAR accreddited attorney with written and court documented proof of unethical, immoral, illegal and even conspiratorial representation. DO not use any organization affiliated with the BBO concerning legal representation, such as the MA state BAR as they do not properly certify, authenticate, or enforce attorney's fitness for representation or conduct. Unless, you want a lawyer acting as a double agent for the opposing side. Then by all means, the BAR is the way to go. This "money back for funds stolen by lawyers" service seems to be run out of the BBO's address. I would highly advise against this service if it is affiliated by the BBO and seek restitution through court.

Amazing service if your money has been taken by a lawyer, the lawyer has been disciplined and is uninsured or dead. A place where people can get their money - and faith - restored in the profession - at no cost, with refunds coming from lawyer dues, not public funds. No statute of limitations, no limit on the amount of losses that can be refunded. Wonderful, supportive and highly competent staff.

The old man who called me was completely rude and spent more time trying to talk down to me (then gaslighting me about it when I stood up for myself) than listen to my issue. He seems to have a been there done that attitude, probably from doing this work for thousands of years. I suggest he retires and lets some young blood take the throne. Someone from a younger, less sexist generation. Someone able to treat women like people.
