Horrible. Made promises to get me to sign a contract. Couldn't deliver - students couldn't even use the textbook interface, then threatened to sue over copyright of my work. Petty, vindictive, and small-minded.
Was charged twice for a textbook, a charged on two separate cards, first card was declined even though there was sufficient funds, and second card went through ok. Two days later I get an email from my bank saying I have overdraft fee because of insufficient funds needed for a charge from great river learning. I call great river to be told the card was declined, just like the website said, then I get told to call accounting, which was literally no help. Called back three time, first time was answered then immediately hung up on, second time someone named something sahrahi answered waited for me to talk then hung up. And the third time peggy answered only to tell me they did not charge the card but goes to say it was charged then voided and there is nothing they can do about it. Not to mention I did not receive the access code till the day after I purchased the textbook only after having to submit an online ticket. I needed this textbook for an online course, which the textbook was only available through great river, because the professor wrote it himself and published with great river. I would have dropped the class if it was not the forth week of school and not even bothered to buy the textbook from great river if I knew they were this bad as a company. Try to avoid them as much as possible.

HORRIBLE. Only giving one star because you cant give 0. Called customer service because I needed help enrolling in a class and the first woman I talked to kept clicking hold when I was talking mid-sentence. I asked to talk to someone else and was directed to a woman named Candy and she hung up in my face when I was talking. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, they do not care to help students and are so unprofessional.
