Never will have your products done on time I payed for a rush order to finish in 1 week they still took 3 weeks never trust any deadline they give you every order I made has taken an extra week or 2 and they even had me show up and only finished half my order. TERRIBLE

This establishment was going to be my new go to spot when I'm in need of screen printing but after this first order Im not too sure if I want to place another order. A friend of mine recommended this company and gave me great reviews. My main problem with USA TEES was that I came 2 1/2 weeks prior to my first pop up shop event & asked if it was possible to get 100 shirts completed before 11/08/2020 to my surprise they told me yes. I asked if it was possible to pay to expedite the shirts a week early which is a service they provide to their customers. I was told I would not be able to expedite the shirts due to their hectic schedule because of covid. My issue with USA TEES is that they were very unprofessional with providing me a date of when the order was going to be complete and changed the date multiple times. Im upset they couldnt accommodate my needs after I explained to their staff multiple times I needed my shirts done before the 8th of November and was going to be a returning customer. It is now November 10th, 2020 I just received my order today, I lost my deposit for the pop up shop because i did not have merchandise to sell so I did not attend the event and the quality of work is great but i did not like how a color came out on the logo. If I wouldve known they werent going to be able to complete the order before the 8th I would have never trusted their word & placed the order with them !!! Sb: Im still going to place future orders with them but something has to be done with how they handle large orders

Hi Ilya I'm sorry you feel that way. The representative you worked with has underling conditions (MS), which leaves her with a compromised immune system. At the time, she did ask for anyone working with her to wear a mask since they would be sitting at her desk working face to face. The other representatives through the showroom were not working in close proximity to her, wished to work without a mask and I was ok with that as well. As a business owner, my responsibility is to keep our customers and employees working in a safe and comfortable environment as much as possible. In those uncertain times we were doing our best to follow all city mandates and keep health inspectors, employees, and customers as happy as possible. Came here to make custom shirts for my business, as I entered the door I was immediately asked to wear a mask I didnt argue as I went to my car and got a mask. Standing inside where 2 people were sitting at their desk not wearing any type of face covering. I dont understand the nerve these people have making laws as they go. There is no law that mandates a mask at the moment. I will never come back to this place again.
