I had a bad experience with this company, so hopefully this review will help others when deciding to use them to book a vacation. The airfare portion of the trip was booked incorrectly by our agent causing the price paid for the ticket to be 31% HIGHER than it should have been. The flight to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic should have cost $825 using JetBlue or Delta, but the agent chose to book American Airlines which was $1,084 (all the non-stop flights for these three airlines had very similar times for the dates involved). When using a travel agent one would assume he or she is trying to get the BEST price possible for the client. Not the case here. This was the WORST price possible! If youre traveling with a family of four, this represents a significant and unnecessary cost increase to your vacation (luckily, in this case it was just a single round trip ticket). It appears the agent (who works on commission) was either trying to squeeze every penny she could out of this transaction just to make a few extra dollars for herself, or was simply incompetent. Tips going forward: If the agent only quotes you a bundled trip cost at the time of booking, ask for a breakdown of the hotel and airfare costs. Also, do your own research which only takes a few minutes on websites(or apps) like Expedia, Orbitz, and Trip Advisor. Having trust can be costly. In conclusion, be very careful when booking a vacation through Enchanted Memories Travel.

I won't say that Enchanted Memories Travel was completely to blame for our bad experience because once Vincent was involved he handled the immediate need we had, but I would never recommend them for fear you would get Maeghen Tripp as your Memory Maker. Her communication was awful, she refused to take responsibility for her errors, she made our destination wedding the absolute most stressful experience for me because of all of the mistakes she made coupled with the fact that she wouldn't respond when myself or guests reached out to her, forcing me to be the middle man and essentially do the job she was hired to do. We filled out their survey after the experience only to get a generic form letter in response, VERY disappointing.

Karen Moore at Enchanted memories planned our FIRST Walt Disney World vacation and everything far exceeded my expectations! I asked Karen a MILLION questions and her patience meant a great deal to me. The trip went flawlessly and her planning set us up for complete success!!! We love Enchanted Memories and book all of our travel with them. We have had the pleasure of working with a few agents there and they are all fantastic! They go above and beyond to make planning less stressful and more fun! (and their services are free!) It really makes a difference having a pro help you with choices and planning because they know all the tips and tricks!

Just returned from our first family trip to Disney World. From start to finish Bill DeKing was outstanding to deal with.
