I scheduled an appointment for an oil change online. It was never received by the dealership, because their computer system was down all week. I drove 30 miles for an oil change and they were unable to change my oil because they never received my appointment. The service manager tried his best to make it right by offering me and oil change for $14.95 the following Monday. I accepted his apology and took him up on his offer. The following Monday I arrived early to my appointment. I waited an hour and twenty mins from the time my appointment was scheduled to the time it was complete. When I got back in my car to leave, it smelled like cigarettes. I appreciate the efforts of the manager to do right by a customer, but I would not recommend this service department to to anyone.
Went in because husband "won" $5000, but his wasn't the final winning number. Didn't plan on buying a new car, but they bent over backwards to make a great deal. Priscila & Tony Prates, Ryan, Bob and Chad all made us feel welcome and valued. Ended up leaving with a 2020 Trax and left them our 2003 Escape - think we got the better deal! Thank you all!
Was coming out of Kingstree on the way back to Florence and I figured I just need the zip in here for a second cruise around and see what they have in stock and once you know people Park their cars not out of the way so traffic can get by them but they parked like right in the middle of the lane have you ever noticed that and that's what some person dead as I found myself stuck behind his card actually in the middle of the lane and I couldn't get around it either left or right but the best part of it he is actually across the street talking to somebody I mean across the street. Oh yeah and his driver's door was open. You know that's why I don't drive a tank.
