Prints pressed very inconsistently. I tried the exact setting they recommended, some peeled, some did not. So I tried different settings to see if I could get a consistent even transfer and nothing worked. I ruined soooooo many shirts. I complained to customer service and they did nothing. So now I have transfers that I will never use. Have gotten transfers from another company and they pressed consistently with no issues.
Tried multiple phone calls, emails and drove by location. Sign in the window said "By Appointment". Not sure how one would make an appointment if they don't respond to phone calls or email.
Excellent customer service. Two of my prints came out incorrectly, which was in part my fault. They took the time to show me in adobe how to correct this problem so it wouldn't happen again then re-printed for me at no additional charge. I use them for most of my heat print transfers and am always pleased with the quality.
The sample transfers I received held up relatively well over time. I placed an order for transfers, and the staff were helpful during the ordering process when I had some questions. I received the transfers and one of the colors didn't look right in the 3 color design. I adjusted my settings as per the suggestion in the instructions, but it didn't help. My customer didn't reject the order, but I cringe every time I see the shirts. I contacted the company to express my disappointment, but they never even followed up. I will not be ordering from Semo Imprints again.
