Okay so I gave this place 2 stars because the end results were okay but the overall experience could have definitely been better. So I made an appointment for myself and my aunt who has down-syndrome. I had spoken to the receptionist TWICE prior to the day of my appointment letting them know It would be me and my aunt getting 2 separate things but I had to make the appointment for her because she isnt mentally capable of doing it herself. Come to the day, we get there and their like you have 2 separate things you want to do to your hair? I explained that I already told the receptionist twice that it was 2 people but one who couldnt speak for herself so I made the appointment for her. We only have I name here and I said I gave them my name AND her name multiple times on the phone so theyd know it was 2 of us.so finally the hair stylist comes out and I explain what I want to get done to myself and she goes into detail about how thats basically impossible and or Id have to do multiple treatments and bleach a LOT. she showed me a color she could get me close to and it was already kinda similar to what I already had in my hair and I was like So for $250 you can get my hair to a color it kinda already looks like with double processed bleach? To which she said Yeah basically. On top of that she shared publicly with the other stylist what I wanted to do in which they all had a little giggle and remark about how that wasnt gonna be possible. I felt embarrassed and disrespected. So I decided to opt out of minethey move on to my aunt(who wanted a cut and red dyed bangs), washed her hair, and put bleach in her hair. I stepped out for a couple minutes to rant about my disappointment to my husband and when I came back, she was already putting red in her hair. Problem is my aunt clearly has down-syndrome and cant speak very well let alone make a decision. So I was shocked when I saw that the lady was just putting in the dye without even asking or showing me any reds to choose from. She just chose it and had already started putting it in her hair. Thank God it was a red that I liked but it could have been a real issue. At the end, like I said, it turned out okay and the staff werent rude or mean but there definitely were some things that didnt make my experience a 5 star.

I love this place. Melany has been my stylist for 2+ years, and I will never change hair stylists again! She has the best ideas! And she always leaves my hair feeling silky and healthy no matter what I want done. She truly is amazing and has one of a kind talent. They recently renovated the salon and it is to die for. Simply beautiful - white and gold themed. All the staff are extremely friendly and professional. Go to this salon!! You won't regret it. P.S. Go see my girl Melany!!!!

I walked in this salon with the hopes of getting a haircut I wanted since they look like a nice place. However, that was not the case. The stylist messed up on my hair. I told her to give me long bangs instead she gave me fringes that are super uneven and look so bad that i can"t even get it fixed. How do you have someone working there that doesn't even know how to cut hair properly. It is so bizarre to me. I have to wait for them to grow back so if you are looking to get a haircut here think again.
