I brought my son here for his birthday. We got the 2 pack family deal for 65.00. It looked like a really awesome place and it would have been great if the customer service wasn't so poor. The employees were not helpful, didn't explain any of our options my daughter spent 45 minutes playing minecraft because she didn't know her options and my son played 3 different games however did not have any guidance so it took him first 10 minutes to figure it out. At the end my son decided he would also like to play the PC. When I asked if I could pay for it and allow him to play the guy that is another 30 minutes. I said that is fine and paid he said well is he going to sit down and play. My son had issues in the waiting area of the game so wasted another 15 minutes but because the guy was so rude we didn't even bother asking for help. I think it could be a great enjoyable place for family's if the employees weren't so rude and acted like we inconvenienced them.

Took my inexperienced little sister here who has never played VR before. While crying, she later told me she was yelled at by an employee for not catching on to the game/controls. Im from NOVA & I can tell you there are far better VR centers out there with friendlier service. Her birthday was on Christmas so I had to celebrate on the 26th, by far the worst thing I did for her. The other employees made up for his behavior. Ill drive 4 hours north before taking her here again.

Vr racing game was glitchy. Wanted manual transmission but they couldn't get it to work so had to go automatic. View was set up wrong and only limited view area. Did not offer anything off
