The sales pitch was very misleading. Not a Custom home at all. We picked a mid grade package for my house The products that were included in that package were cheap, outdated and discontinued items. You were pushed into upgrading for everything. And if you wanted to upgrade you had to pay full price of the item for the upgrade. It was basically not an upgrade it was an addition to the cost. Most builders will give you our allowance for items. . When we started designing the kitchen they didnt even know who would be installing the countertops. When we wanted to upgrade to granite countertops from laminate they told us it would be about $10,000 additional on top of what we already paid for the included laminate. After closing we got an estimate for The exact counter top for 2700 installed. After the contracts were signed and we started making decisions we were lied to a few times But I did not have anything in writing to prove it. Building a house is a learning experience. Make sure you get estimates and make sure you know what is included and the quality that is included. The only reason I am giving two stars is because a few of the guys including Paul, who was new at the time tried his best to make everything right.

We would first like to apologize for the amount of time it has taken us to respond to your comments as we were not aware of your review until now. We would also like to apologize for any confusion our address has caused. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the US Postal Service. The plaza we are located at in Cranberry Twp. is located directly on Route 19 along with a Rte 19 Mailing Address. When visiting the plaza, one could choose to turn directly into the plaza where our showroom is located or choose to turn on Brandt Road to get into the plaza. Our name is on the Plaza Sign on Route 19 and also have a large sign on our showroom. Lastly, we are very sorry we had to leave the Showroom unattended. We sometimes have to do a quick showing of a nearby home for a customer that is looking to build a home with us. Our standard procedure is to place a sign on the door with our home consultant's direct phone number to contact them so they can return back quickly. If this did not happen, we apologize as it should be done every time we step out of the showroom. We value every person's that takes the time out of their day to visit us and are sorry. We are sorry that it was an unproductive visit for you. Ms. McGonigle, thank you again for your feedback. We wish you the best of luck in your new home search. Please let us know if we can assist. Not open at posted hours/times and don't answer their phone. Other offices/branches not helpful - say they "are not familar with the Cranberry Area". Waste of time. Use someone else

Closed on our new home a few weeks ago, very happy with the finished product. Being a commercial carpenter I am very anal with my home or if ever letting some one else work on it. After loosing my old home to a drunk driver wrecking into it. I turned to parry homes to build a new one. It took some time but I learned to trust them building the house. The quality of the house is very good, I checked on it almost every day. The mechanical work was very nice and neat. They built my dream home and a very solid house. I am very happy with them and the house they built. Deffinetly recommend them to any one looking to build.

Total ignorant people DO NOT waste your time or money here run away fast. Between Ashley's attitude & smart remarks which all she is concerned about is sale & Danielle's were better than everybody else attitude & look at what mommy & daddy handed to us. Then you have to deal with the you get to pick your new home from what we show you on the Tv screen but you better look quick before it disappears. I've spoken with four other people that made the mistake of building with them & had nothing good to say about them or their new home but figured id still talk to them anyways after my first meeting I wouldn't let them build a dog house for me if i had to deal with there BS every day.
