I gave two stars because, well, I have electrical service in my home. BUT, what the heck kind of answering service do they have?????? Can I talk to a human? NHEP told me to call and set up a payment plan. I was not able to pick one that best suits me. I had to pick their option which is actually the same as I am currently paying before hand. This company does not even allow you to visit their Corporation office on Canal Street in Manchester, NH!!! I have never paid so much in electric in any other state! I keep my lights off 80% of the time! This place is stealing money without offering any explanation.
