I had ordered a sample packet and got it quickly. The samples were wonderful. Tried reaching out to them via email, and phone multiple times over the course of a week for a large (to me) job and never got a call back.

I got shot down before even started. Submitted a document for review so they could tell me a price and the lady answering the phone could not commit to tell me if the transfer could print well or not. In other words, if it didn't they were not at fault... not a good way to inspire confidence in your customers about what you do.
