Hector, please let us know how we can or could have better assisted you with your mobile hotspot device. It is our understanding that 4 months ago, on April 5th, 2018 that we refunded you for your service for the entirety of April, because you damaged it (water damage). You asked if you could swap the sim card in the device you purchased from human-I-T and we explained that it is not possible. This is my former employer. I have been trying to obtain my 2021 W2 through numerous calls, emails, and HR tickets to no avail. They asked for my updated address weeks ago and still haven't sent anything. This is completely unacceptable, as I have not been able to file my taxes and begin the process of my refund due to their inability to execute a legal requirement. Please do better by your employees and former employees, Human-I-T. A non-profit status doesn't absolve you from basic responsibilities as an employer.
